Re: welcome to the Food Forum
Oh my gosh...what an awesome topic!!! I LOVE to cook and I LOVE to eat (very small portions, but love the weird foods!) So, can I start?...What is the weirdest food you have ever eaten? I have eaten brains, testes, thymus glands, heart, liver, kidney, gator, emu...lots more, but it's a start...let's talk!

Re: welcome to the Food Forum
Ok enough about weird food let's talk about how good your parents cook. I think my mom makes the best adempas, and they are pretty much giant tortillas but they taste alittle different than tortillas. It's supposeivly a Colombian food.

Re: welcome to the Food Forum
Well, I love to cook, and my family tell me I'm a good cook...my husband's belly is proof he likes my food...LOL! Some of Kirby's faves I make are fajitas, chicken cesar salad, cuban black beans, shish kabobs...he's an adventurous eater so he also goes for lamb, duck, lots of good fish (none of which I fix very often b/c his stepsibs are chickens, lol), and grilled portabello mushrooms
