The meaning of life IMO is that we live for enjoyment. Why do we work hard? To buy the things we enjoy. Even if tools are bought, they are used to make things that increase our joy. Also, positive things in life add to our enjoyment. Love, accomplishment, pride, courage, fun; all different forms. That is what I think.

The meaning of life... A question that as pondered the minds of people since the beginning of time... I Honestly think that the bible sums it up well in Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 (13. Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. 14. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.)
I also think that it goes a step further I believe that we were put here to enjoy life, with our families and friends. I think God gave us this life to server him but also to enjoy this land.

life is a test given to us by our chosen god (i dont care what religion you are, they all have a god so they are equal in my eyes), to determine our virtues (if any) and our faith. life must have a perpose, and since my faith is my own and no others, i chose the path of chivalry (i falter a bit, but what man doesnt?). i chose to fight for others, to protect what means most to me, that is the meaning of life for me. which is exactly why i get my rear handed to me because i choose not to fight for self gain or revenge, although several ppl i know deserve it

Isn't the meaning of life different for everybody. I mean all of our lives are different. I also do agree with Dr.Ron and Anger. I guess it is a test of judgment to see if we go to heaven.

Well both of my Parents are Christians... They also share the same denomination which is Hebrew Pentecostal. I was born and raised in the church. However it wasn't until I was about 14 years old that I gave my Life to God and sought out a personal relationship with him. Many people have religion but not to many people have a relationship with God. So even though my parents and I share a common belief as it relates to our Christian faith that does not mean that I believe because they do too. I was VERY BAD growing up because of the things that I had went through as a child but at 14 or 15 is when I truly gave my life to Christ. I know that It wasn't Nothing but Him that took away the hurt and the pain and the anger that was in me. I know that it was Nothing but the BLood that washed me and Turned me into whole other person. Sweepy I hope that that answered your question. What I would like to know what all of you guys believe in or not believe in. Its really an interesting conversation.

welp i belive in jesus christ and in god i not one of those i dont like to say fake but strong serrious christian who hate someone just because they dont belive in my religion nor do i hate the people that dont belive in god i just live and let live i mean i might speak the word ro some of my friends but its there decision to accept it or not im a kid who prays before ever meal except in school for some reason so yeah thats pretty much me

that answered my question quite beautifully ron, i believe in much the sam way as you guys but i dont know if you believe this way too but i do not fight for just myself, i fight for others.
like i said on IF, i act in the manner of the ancient Paladins (but im not a religious zealot). i am very religious in nature, but i do not preach, i dont care about what religion you choose to believe. they are all the same in my eyes
i defend those who are unable to defend themselves, and i fight for my friends. my best friend (closest thing to a brother) and i have opted for ichigo's and chad's approach (anger will know). we throw punches for each other, not ourselves.
